The RPAC Board of Directors guides the work of the collaborative and ensures that the framework, vision, and mission are reflected and enacted through strategic goals carried out through the dedication of the committee members.

Board Expectations

Meetings

The board meets on the second Thursday of every month to review the work and updates addressed in the most-recent general session and identify means and opportunities to support the strategic goals of each committee.

Terms

Board members shall serve up to a 2-year term with the option to continue based on a two-thirds majority vote of voting organizations.  

Board Membership

All RPAC board members must maintain active participation and membership within the RPAC. Any interested member, in good standing, may nominate themselves or another member for a vacant board seat.  The President shall call for a vote on the open board seats at a general session.
