The RPAC Outreach committee engages job seekers and employers to strengthen and diversify the construction workforce. Our work with job seekers increases their awareness of construction career pathways and connects employers to a diverse and prepared workforce pool.
Networking Events
We host networking events for job seekers to learn more about careers in the skills trades and for contractors, apprenticeship providers, pre-apprenticeship programs, and other partners to share resources and best practices.
