Carl Hugle

Carl Hugle (he/him) is a  Workforce Development Program Manager and Data Analyst with the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at the Port of Seattle. Carl works on initiatives to promote equitable access to economic opportunities and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce in the regional construction industry. His responsibilities include managing the Port's investments in providing pathways into the construction trades and supporting the Port of Seattle's overall mission to foster economic growth through community and industry engagement.
