Charissa Eggleston is the Facilitator of Innovation and Community Partnerships for Federal Way Public Schools and is the District Program Manager for the two year High School Construction Pre-apprenticeship Program. Charissa’s other responsibilities include analyzing data to create, develop and support partnerships and programs that lead to positive outcomes for the most diverse school district in the state of Washington.  Charissa proudly serves as the Vice President for the Regional Pre-Apprenticeship Advisory Collaboration and is passionate about increasing the successful representation and support of diverse pre apprentices, apprentices and construction leaders in our region and across the state.
