Heidi Weber serves as a Board Member and Human Resource Manager at MidMountain Contractors, where she brings over four years of dedicated involvement with RPAC, initially inspired by an invitation from Jon Bersche. With a focus on equality within the construction industry, Heidi has cultivated her HR expertise through self-driven learning and numerous professional courses. Her professional affiliations include AGC, SHRM, and RPAC.

As a football enthusiast and devoted family person, Heidi is passionate about creating a better world by treating others as equals. Known for her strong listening and problem-solving abilities, she actively supports RPAC’s mission by advocating for the hiring of pre-apprentice employees and encouraging her peers to appreciate individual talent beyond gender and race.
