Apprenticeship Coordinator, Northwest Laborer-Employers Training Trust- LiUNA Local 242

With over 15 years in the construction building trades, Jamie Beethe brings extensive experience and dedication to her role as an Apprenticeship Coordinator for Northwest Laborers-Employers Training Trust (NWLETT). Jamie's career began as an apprentice with LiUNA Local 242 in 2009, where she successfully completed her training and became a journey level worker. Her journey then led her to a forewoman position with GLY Construction, where she honed her leadership skills.

Currently, Jamie is focused on recruiting new apprentices and guiding them through their 6,000-hour apprenticeship program. Her role is pivotal in ensuring that new entrants into the field receive the support and training they need to succeed.

Jamie is passionate about promoting apprenticeship opportunities and is committed to helping individuals enter and thrive in the construction trades. Her extensive background and hands-on experience in various roles make her a valuable mentor and advocate for the industry.
